The house is decorated with a "natural" theme, creating a relaxing space where you can take a breather when you come home. 15 people live in the house, and every day you can hear someone talking happily. The common entrance has a card key, and the private rooms have individual number keys for safe security.
All of the private rooms are more than 6 square meters plus storage space, and most of the windows face south, so there's plenty of sunlight. The area around the building is close to the Magome Library, making it a great place for people who read. There is a large home center in front of the station and a supermarket on the first floor, so you won't have any trouble with your daily life. There is an elementary school nearby, and public safety is so good that it is hard to believe it is in Tokyo. The area is so relaxing that you'll find yourself chatting with the local grandmothers.
