The house is a four-minute walk from Shinkoiwa Station, which is a rapid train station of the JR Sobu line, 14 minutes from Tokyo Station and 22 minutes from Shinagawa station and which has direct access to Akihabara and Shinjuku. There is a big shopping street in front of the station and an around the clock supermarket between the station and the house. There are a rental video shop, a health club, a library etc. in the neighborhood and the house is conveniently located anyway.



The living room and kitchen have been accented with European wallpaper, and the facilities along with its several community spaces still leave the house with plenty of room. The entrance and private rooms all use keypad locks; this not only enhances security, but removes the need for carrying keys around.



We have various rooms such as dormitories of semi-single room type, a relatively spacious room over 13 sq m and a room equipped with a big kitchen.
